Choose from a super soft navy or grey cotton sweatshirt. We will hand appliqué it with a balloon on a string with a number cut out of the middle. Available in your choice of Liberty Print cotton.
Each balloon is hand cut and sewn onto the sweatshirt, making each one individual & unique.
