Every Magnificent Stanley item is carefully handmade to order. Please allow 3 weeks for us to make your order, it will then be sent to you 1st class post via Royal Mail. Each order is beautifully wrapped in tissue and twine. We can also deliver your gift directly to the recipient with a hand stamped personalised tag.

International postage £10.50
All taxes due on import are the responsibly of the buyer. Should you refuse the parcel, and it be returned to us, the costs linked to this will be deducted from the refund.
International deliveries usually take 10 working days but this can vary depending on customs.
Please order carefully and check that your order is exactly what you wanted when you receive your email order confirmation. If you spot a mistake at this stage, please inform us within 24 hours. After this time changes cannot be made. We cannot accept responsibility for an incorrectly ordered item.
Please check the size you order very carefully against the SIZE GUIDE. Our tees are generous and due to being made to order, they sadly cannot be exchanged if the size is incorrect.
As the personalised items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unworn. A replacement will be sent out once your returned item is received and reviewed.
Please check your delivery address as this is your responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for items with an incomplete or incorrect address.
Please note Magnificent Stanley cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the UK.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
